31339 works with Enigma Web Interface (not Openpli version). Just add vpid and apid values (separated by comma), and the stream will go on on VLC.

For the Openpli version, streaming ports are generally 31343 and 31344 (although 31339 is open too, but seems to work only with the zapstream disabled). To view Openpli channels on VLC, the trick is the same: replace port 31339 with 31343, and then add vpid and apid values separated by comma.

But in most cases, they work badly.
