There are shorteners around that don't add the waiting of 5 seconds and don't display any adds: bit.ly, goo.gl, u.to (just to mention a few ones). They won't allow to get paid, though. They are only useful to hide direct links for free.
I suggest to use this kind of shorteners, instead of the ones with the forced waiting time and the ads

I'm on every kind of net since 1994 and I never had news of real censorship.
In Italy everything is forbidden, but everyone can do what he likes and nobody gets a real punition. 
In some regions (southern) they sell dreamboxes (fake dreamboxes, mostly) and pirate SKY subscriptions in shops on the road...
About speed of course I agree.

For the same reason (not exactly, but similar) you are not able to watch all HD channels on SKY IT.
