Notice: in this case, transcode option (.flv low quality streaming) is not active due to the miss of ffmpeg.exe on the web interface, but upnp streams (.ts) work, and fortunately very well (thanks to the ultrafast speed quality of Czech internet providers).

Notice: not always available (probably due to the personal habits of the uploader, who switches on and off the device). Low quality transcoding is absolutely necessary, because the isp has not enough bandwidth for direct streaming. Also notice that trascoding via embedded flash stream works slightly better than via VLC: on VLC, you need to set the transcode option at 9 (the lowest quality), while on the embedded player you can set it at 8. Use Daum Pot Player or Media Player Classic to open the embedded streams.
