Open your Mozilla Firefox browser and visit the link:
http://IP:9981/playlist/channels
where IP is the tvheadend ip.
Then press CTRL+I. The info page window will pop up. Click with your mouse on "Media" and and save the link http://IP:9981/playlist/channels as .m3u file

For USA, it's a little difficult. Most American tvheadends work slowly.
For France, I think you can try this one:
It should work even if you don't have a supersonic speed...

No, I think it's just a matter of streamer's upload speed. We can't help it...
Besides, maybe those channels require for the streamer even more upload bandwidth than usual because of their hd source...
