Step 1
transcode the stream from rtmp to HLS (m3u8) executing from your prompt the following command:

live=1 token=%Zrey(nKa@#Z" -c:v libx264 -c:a aac -ac 1 -strict -2 -crf 18 -profile:v baseline -maxrate 400k -bufsize 1835k -pix_fmt yuv420p -flags -global_header -hls_time 10 -hls_list_size 6 -hls_wrap 10 -start_number 1 "\<CHOSENPATH>\test.m3u8"
where <CHOSENPATH> is the save folder of your m3u8 file.
Step 2
Install a http server, and make that folder you just mentioned on ffmpeg command (<CHOSENPATH>) to be accessible by an http url
Step 3
Create a html page like this:

</body>
</html>
Enjoy the stream transcoded to http (m3u8)
