| Guys , Help me. I got a question !!
Let say , if i get a Germany/Italy/Poland Openwebif or dreambox and i have download some of the channel on the website.
Then , when start to play the stream sometimes it buffer alot and sometimes it is fast.
So if i switch my IP to the Germany/Italy/Poland ip by using VPN could it improve the speed of buffering?

| japp und wenn der mit einem Namen gesperrt wird kommt er gleich mit den nächsten. Ein Admin sollte die Ip von dem Spinner sperren!!!!!!!!!
So haben wir das bei uns gemacht da wird die ip usw gesperrt dann kommen die spinner nicht mehr rein. Dann ists egal ob er mehrere Namen hat

Absolutely not, unless your ISP shape on purpose the internet traffic by delaying the speed on some ports. Only in this specific case, it's recommended to use VPN. Otherwise, you won't have any speed benefits.
