Normal. Cualquier ip de dream que se publique dura lo que dura.
Al sobrepasar el numero de conexiones petan.
Ahora mismo funciona pero seguramente luego vuelva a estar OFF e incluso muera definitivamente pronto.
No esperes que una IP publicada vaya a durar eternamente. Si realmente aprecias una Ip no la publiques jamás, es la única manera de que dure algo más (nunca eternamente).
Publiqué esa porque a veces está activa y a veces no.

Try Concepts ICT BV (Netherlands). Although not Turkish, some ips of this provider (running very fast thanks to the Dutch speed) include Turksat/Digiturk active channels.

I have ip's with port 8001 open but cannot open tv channels...Can anyone explain how I can activate an ip with port 8001 open.

It depends on the active bouquets and the receiver settings (one or multiple tuners available or busy, and so on).
First I suggest to check out the ISP and the location of your ips.
Once you find out the ips location, depending on their country and ISP try to figure out which bouquets will work for them.
Finally, add to the URL http://ip:8001 whatever E2 address taken from the working bouquet, and test the stream on VLC.

.ts streams often derive from external IPTV panels allowing re-streaming and transcoding in various protocols on paid servers.
Notice that these iptv channels in 80% of cases don't have a long life, firstly because free or promo trials on paid servers usually expire after one or a few days, and then because many iptv servers get blocked or congestioned when used by multiple users at once.
