TV4ME is on tvheadend playlists. But Australian TVheadends are generally not very fast. If you're lucky, as in this case, you can view it at a nearly decent quality..

Hmm.. not exactly. IP changed. Telstra does not keep ips for many days, and once ip changes it's difficult to find it back again due to the huge range of this provider.
Try this one...
It's from Optus, which seems a little slower. Telstra is surely the most decent Australian provider
