Possible reasons
1 The owner is recording a film on the 2nd tuner and watches an other frequency on the 1st tuner
2 The owner changed the streaming port from 8001 to ?
3 The straming port of the owner's router is not open
4 The owner has only 1 satellite dish but in the WebIf are more other satellites
5 The upload speed is so slow that no stream can start (less than 3mb/sec)
Try to stream a movie that he has. When this is possible, try with ports 8002,8003 or 8080

hi this is a udp multicast stream. it works on certain ip ranges. and ports is custom by the user.
in this case 185.9.3.100 is the proxy and 239.193.4.3 is the stream i think the upd is directly served by the provider of iptv. so you just need to scan on this range for open proxys. port can be anything. thats the hard part of it

There are thousands of Italian DB on the net. The problem is that the speed in Italia is so slow that you can't watch them. Another problem is that most providers (Telekom Italia, WIND) change the IP of their customers every day, so you loose your IP-adress. I think only Fastweb keeps the IPs for some weeks. Here are some Fastweb IPs with open Webif and streaming on port 8001:

Please scan for further IPs on this range, if the speed is ok for you. Isuggest also to scan UK-ranges from Virgin or BT. They often have Sky Italia in their bouquet and the upload speed is very good.
