Netdirekt A.S. has very decent upload speeds
So now the only European countries without internet services providing good upload speeds are Greece and, of course, Italy 
Especially, Italian internet providers seem interested only in providing good download speeds, but they don't care about the upload (which is very important for the people that would like to play on pc or iphone internet streams taken from their own set top box). It's a mindset problem: they just refuse to conceive users as people that might share freely a service for personal use. They just consider them as "downloaders" and "surfers".
Joyful Italian commercials say that Fastweb or Telecom Italia can make you surf faster than the speed of the light.
Well, they are not wrong about downloading and surfing. They just don't consider the importance of upload speeds too, an aspect which instead is not ignored by non Italian cable providers

Actually Fastweb is not ADSL, but behaves like ADSL
Even Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Spain and Turkey, countries that until some months ago had internet speed issues, now have good cable providers: B.net (Croatia), "AVCOM" d.o.o. (Serbia), Telemach d.o.o. Sarajevo (Bosnia), Blizoo DOOEL Skopje (Macedonia), Netdirekt (Turkey), Adamo Telecom Iberia and Euskaltel (Spain) con provide decent upload speed for cable connections.
Italy is still the only European country - together with Greece - that doesn't have in any cities and in any towns a cable provider with the upload speeds typical of a real cable connection.
Not not to mention the issues related to the Italian internet censorship...

Notice: Czech Republic is a great example of quality & freedom in the field of telecommunications. People can freely choose among a wide range of isp cable services (like this one, JON.CZ s.r.o.). Some of them are almost unknown, and provided with small ip ranges. But their quality is absolutely decent, as you can see from the internet streaming.
The fact that there are a lot of companies is also positive, because it means that there are no monopoly business groups.
Internet censorship in Czech Republic is not focused on multimedia - differently from what happens in Italy - and concerns only child abuses and hate speech.

| In a way those publish IPs in a short code is not bad..cos we must appreciate their effort and time on finding ips....
however this applies only for those post valid and working IPs.... (definitely not for who posts spam links...)
