Thanks bingobongo for your interesting words. I agree that Czech IPs are very good for very good Internet speeds(exception:Telefonica Czech Republic is very slow). I've collected some 100 Dreambox-IPs from Czech providers and they work fine for months.

I even prefer English IPs, because the upload speed is at least 10mb/sec, owners normally use 2 tuners with the most popular VU+duo Dreambox receiver in Great Britain and even password-secured dreamboxes can easyly be made unprotected (see the following streams).

Cablecom Switzerland is very fast, but there are very few open dreamboxes now available, because in Switzerland it's strictly forbidden to use the Cablecom channels with a dreambox (!!!). So only Portuguese channels are now available.

Best provider for Dreamboves and HTS-tvheadends in Great Britain is PlusNet and Cablecom Ireland, because the IP doesn't change for months or even years. Here some Scuzz-Streams (for a special fan of this forum :-). These are however BT and Talk-Talk-Streams, PlusNet and Cablecom Ireland I want to keep for myself:-)

Hello, teacher! Yes, I have noticed that VUPlus Duo decoders are very widespread in UK. Beside the ones you have mentioned, I think another interesting British company is Entanet Customer.

BT and Talk-Talk have some speed issues, in my opinion. And yes, Cablecom Switzerland is now full of Portuguese dbs with a very bad usability (to use them, you often need to toggle db in stand-by or enable zap-stream for the one-tuner issue).
Not to mention the issue of VLC for most Zon/Meo channels (they can be viewed on any players except VLC, which sticks when starts to buffer them).
The last time I've scanned Cablecom Switzerland I was about to lose my patience for finding an endless series of Portuguese openwebifs smile
