If you were a promoter of Fastweb Italy, I think this would be the worst way to promote the product 
Here you can see that Fastweb Italy has an upload rate of about 700-800 kbps, which is exactly the same as mine (adsl), totally inadequate for Enigma 2.
If the operators of some real cable isps (such as Cablecom Switzerland, Netdirekt Turkey, Ziggo Netherlands, UPC Romania, UPC Hungary, Telenor Sverige, TOV "Bank-Inform" Ukraine, Producmedia Spain, SFR France, Unitymedia Germany etc etc) tested the speed quality of Fastweb Italy to compare it with their own, they would laugh at it 
Fastweb is promoted as "ultrafast cable connection" (Italian commercials say it is "faster than the speed of light"), but is actually the same as adsl

Thanks for your list of fast european providers !
I already knew some of them but TOV "Bank-Inform", Producmedia Spain and Unitymedia are new to me !
It seems that Unitymedia is german' s upc version (their website is very similar to the swiss one) with upload speed up to 10 mb (which is way enough to reproduce sd and even some hd channels).
"Netdirekt" ,TOV "Bank-Inform", Producmedia Spain are "strange" to me because i wasn't able to find any info about their connection !
According to its website, Netdirekt offers "cloud" services so how it is possible they can offer fiber connection ?
I tried to google "Tov" and "producmedia spain" but no official website is related to them !
So how did you manage to find them as good-great providers ?
One more thing: few posts ago you said that now even italy can provide great upload speed thanks to north optic fiber companies. I know all the censorship stuff but could you give more tips on how to find them if you can please ?

I have some good ips with active Digiturk channels, but I won't post them for having the web interface unlocked (which make them vulnerable). Locked ips, instead, cannot be hacked or put down by malicious people.
This is why I prefer them
