You can scan Cablecom Gmbh: it's full of dreambox ips, so will surely have no problems to find what you're looking for.
But be aware that most Portuguese db have one tuner only, which is always busy.
Only for this particular situation, I suggest to enable zapping. Alternatively, you could try to put db on stand-by ("toggle stand-by" option)
You can automatize the whole operation via batch script, thanks to E2 webcontrol commandline options.
Finally, open the Portuguese channel channel on Daum Pot Player (don't do that on VLC, as Zon/Meo channels won't work).

Most of the other Sky-Bouquets channels are decrypted through Ccams. Not possible to watch are also SkyArts 1 and 2 in HD.
But you have on every SkyBouquet more than 200 free-to-air channels.

sky uk is not in high definition because is pay. now channels decrypted are only in sd definition. it's the same story of sky italy - videoguard. and now enigma 2 is not allowed to open the bouquets

well... in that case RTE One, TV3 are also encrypted (Videoguard), but they work....
Sky News UK (MPEG-4/HD-Videoguard) too!
Can anyone Pls PM me where to find cccam for SKYUK (for free!!!)

Considering that with TVHeadend it's the same story, I think the only solution is to focus on UDP multicast.
Tvheadend and UDP streams of ITV are currently working at a resolution of 714X576, because are DTT channels.
But the other channels you mentioned are not easy to find on alternative sources, UDP included.
For multicast UDP, the problem is to find a valid udpxy... as long as there's no udpxy, there is no chance of streaming.
You need to wait till another English udpxy will pop out...
