A little tip for Wotweb: besides the port (8001) and the service description ([Openwebif], [Unknown]), I've noticed another good way to identify db ips is by their code. Code of db ips is 502.
So if you notice "xx.xx.xxx.xxx 8001 [Unknown] 502", you have surely found a db ip
In your case, none of these ips are Openwebifs because none of them have 502 as code.
Another useful code is 401, which is sometimes assigned to "Enigma 2 Interface" ips.

Yes, this Serbian ip has also a pretty original interface by the way:
It can run some interesting channels... (Pink Folk, for example :D), but... not at a good speed
