Maybe some of them are aware of that (for being also members of this forum), some not. But I think that people using public interfaces on the internet should take their own responsability: If they don't want to share, they have to hide or delete their ip from public interfaces.. otherwise they need to accept public usage.

Viceversa, I think not all the users are so jealous of their own db ip to not want to see it published. I'm sure there are also many other generous users who want to share freely their own streams with everyone. And this is fantastic
