i posted one method that not need scan ip also other member posted a google query too. read the whole post and enjoy
i think scanning dreambox is pretty useless. maybe you can watch a channel. or have 10 channels with 10 dreambox ips. but in the end all will be dead. because the upstream speed cant support a lot of user.
i think is better to scan iptv , those proxys who are multicast and share connection by port udp. this in theory using the isp speed as the upd ip is the channel itself.
bad point on this is we dont know a fixed or default port to scan
