btw none of above TV Headends are working for me (posted by both Bingobongo and Teacher..)
to find the TV Headend what is best app.. i'm using WOTWEB...
4 mb doesn't seem a good speed for true HD. You need 15 mb at least.
Enjoy the SD, then  As for the upload speed of the source, the fastest ips are - in my own opinion - the ones from Iceland (probably one of the countries with the highest speed connection on Earth).
TV Headends are working, but not all channels can be viewed (I think it may depend on the type of TV subscription owned by uploaders).
The first I posted, for example, works with TV 4 Sport HD, CMore Tennis and some other Sweden channels.
The second one works with CMore Sport, but not at excellent speed (differently from the previous).
But compared to db ips, I think TV Headends have the positive side that you can view any available working channels independently on which channel has being watched by the owner.
With db ips, instead, you have to find the ones that have "nothing running", or those with multiple tuners and open ports.

| Sorry, but I'm sure Island is a very bad country to scan for DB. You have very few DBs and they are often very slow, because only in Reykavik cable exists, otherwise they work on DSL...
Most owners have Sky UK. As you know you can get thousands of SKY UK Dreamboxes on BT and Virgin and the upload speed is much higher than in Island. You can compare: The first two IPs are from Simmin (Island), the two others from BT and Virgin. All have Sky UK.
