Sve sam to uradio podosta puta, kad kliknem na taj "televizor" skine mi se link medjutim kad ga ubacim u VLC, Smart player ili Ace nijedan mi nemoze da otvori stream.

It's a hard question, not only for the speed issues but also for the shortage of ips...
Anyway, I think the best Aussie isps I have found so far are Telstra and Optus. But even these ISPs do not provide optimal upload speeds (maybe 2-2.5 mbps of max UL, a little lower than the optimal speed)...
